My name is Louise and I am the owner , Advanced practioner and head nail technician here at Lips & Tips in Clacton on sea.
I have been qualified in and working consistently in the nail industry for 21 years and a advanced aesthetic practioner for the last 3.
Orginially from south east london , I have been based in Clacton on sea since 2017,previously known as "The Nail Academy Essex".
We are a little different , in that we dont believe "one size fits all"..when it comes to nails or filler treatments. We don't offer quick , cheap , conveyor belt services . We treat each client as a indivdual when it comes to facial anatomy and nail services.
We don't fill fill fill lips for the sake of a few quick bucks. We look at what suits you..how we can enhance your apperance and meet your expectations. In fact we are famous for turning clients away that already have too much filler in their lips and risk looking like Daisy Duck with more. To that extent we hold a qualification in Advanced body dysmorphia -so you can be safe in the knowledge that your mental health will always be paramount of importance.
Likewise , the care of your natural nails will always be a top priority.This means we file and buff all acrylic nails here in clacton on sea ,by hand and without the use of a electric file/drill. REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with any aspect of your nail or aesthetic treatment , we will endeavour to correct or remove work where possible
A full consultation is given prior to any treatment and if for any reason we can not meet your expectations then this is explained before hand , along with the signing of a disclaimer
please note : Aesthetic results vary depending on factors such as health , medication and lifestyle . All of which will be discussed during the consultation process.
All booking fees , required to secure appointment, are redeemable on day of treatment .
If you fail to give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation this is taken as a cancellation fee
If you are unsuitable for treatment upon consultation then your booking fee will be refunded
However if you attend a appointment with a child under 16 you will be asked to rebook and subsequently lose your booking fee
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be required to rebook and your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee maintained as a cancellation fee
