BABIES & CHILDREN 

We do not allow babies and/or children within the nail academy . If you attend with a child you will be asked to rebook and will lose any booking fee you have paid for the unused appointment 

ENTOURAGE

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity for friends or family to wait , and we are also trying to maintain a covid safe policy thru out our premises 

PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK IF YOU HAVE COLD / FLU SYMPTOMS our nail technician  has a genetic heart condition which makes her very vulnerable.

Therefore you will be refused service without a mask/visor

 REFUNDS & REPAIRS

We do not offer refunds on nail services. Please ensure you are happy with length , colour and design BEFORE you leave. Any alterations that require a additional appointment will be charged

We will repair X3 nails for FREE if broken within 4 days of your initial appointment . Your nails SHOULD break on impact/trauma . It is NOT normal for acrylic not to break (unless your nail is created with toxic MMA dental acrylic)
